Warmweave Studio uses information you voluntarily send through the contact form to respond to you. Course saves, cart items, theme preference, and cookie consent are stored locally in your browser for this static experience.
1. Scope
This policy applies to warmweave.online and the Warmweave Studio pages, course catalog, contact form, and browser features made available through them. It explains how we handle information when you browse, save courses, or contact the studio.
2. Information you provide
If you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and message. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, health information, or other sensitive information in a general message.
3. Local browser storage
The catalog uses localStorage to retain saved course IDs under warmweave-fallows and cart quantities under warmweave-cart. The site also stores warmweave-theme and warmweave-cookie-consent. This data remains in your browser until you remove it or clear site storage; it is not a server account.
4. How information is used
Information submitted to the studio is used to respond to your request, provide support, improve course information, and maintain a safe service. We do not use contact information to make medical, financial, or other sensitive inferences.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
The static site uses a local consent preference and may use essential technical mechanisms needed to display the pages. You can clear browser storage or adjust browser settings, although saved courses and theme preferences may then be lost.
6. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by hosting, email, security, or form-processing providers only when needed to operate the service, respond to a request, or comply with law. Providers are expected to use information for the relevant service purpose.
7. Retention and security
We retain messages only as long as reasonably needed for communication, records, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
